Dear Vista Families,

As you know, Vista is embarking on a recruitment process to find a new Superintendent/Principal to begin 7/1/12. We would like to take this opportunity to find out how you feel about Vista, its current academic programs, extra-curricular activities, and priorities for the future.

This is a critical juncture at Vista and now is your opportunity to help shape the future of our school. We encourage you to become more involved in the decision making process by completing this assessment. Please note, this survey is ANONYMOUS and you are only allowed to take this survey a single time. Once we gather your input, we will do our best to choose a new Superintendent/Principal who is best suited to accomplish these goals.

Jackson Browne performed an amazing benefit concert for the Vista de Las Cruces Foundation to a sold-out crowd in our school's auditorioum November 17. Gaviota writer and former Vista de Las Cruces teacher Cynthia Carbone Ward captured the sights, sounds and spirit of the event on her blog Still Amazed. Tech Bytes Blog - A new blog will be published monthly to share information about Vista's Tech programs, projects and activities. You can find the Tech Bytes Blog on Vista's Technology page.

Vista's Farm Stand: Vista's Farm Stand is closed for the winter and will re-open in the spring. We welcome all monetary and produce donations. We encourage all parents to glean their yards, farms and/or local ranches and drop their produce directly at the stand. Please contact Jo Ann Brown at 805-453-1765 if you would like to contribute or help glean a local field with her to benefit the school. We look forward to re-opening the stand after winter rains.
